As per local need based requirement, the multilocation testing yield trials of genotypes of minor millets, maize, pulses, drill paddy,soyabean, garlic and ginger are being conducted. These trials are alloted by the Research Scientist of respective crops. In addition, the seed production of maize,wheat, pulses and soyabean is also taken to cater need of local farmers. The research on garlic and ginger have been initiated since 2010-11 for middle Gujarat farmers.  Dissemination of latest production technologies and their feedback are done through different means of extension education activities for tribal farmers.
