Management Committee
The EEI is governed by the rules of Anand Agricultural University, Anand and financed by Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Govt. of India, New Delhi. At present, the administrative control of EEI lies with the Anand Agricultural University, Anand.
The Management Committee headed by Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of Anand Agricultural University and comprise of three representatives from Directorate of Agriculture & Cooperation, GoI, New Delhi; Four representatives from directorate of line departments of clientele states; Director General of Manage, Hyderabad; Directors of SAMETI & RAMETI from Clientele states; Directorate of Extension Education of SAUs of clientele states; Director of Research & Dean PG Studies of AAU, Comptroller of AAU, two farmer representatives and Director EEI as a member secretary.
36th Management committee meeting to review the activities of EEI activities for the year 2023-24 and action plan for the year 2024-2025 was held on 11.09.2024 at Anand under the chairmanship of Hon’ble vice chancellor, AAU, Anand was discussed thoroughly.
A Management Committee is there to help the EEI in planning, effective functioning and improving the qualities of training conducted at the EEI. The Committee consists of 30 members, 4 members from Anand Agricultural University, 22 from states of the operational area, 3 from Government of India and 1 representative of farmers. The Vice-Chancellor of Anand Agricultural University and the Director of EEI are the Chairman and Member-Secretary of the Management Committee, respectively. The committee meets at least once in a year at different states of its jurisdiction to review and discuss the activities of EEI.

Constitution of Academic Committee:
As per the letter dated 22.04.2015 from Director (Extension Training) GoI, New Delhi, EEI has to constitute the academic committee involving the representative of DAC (GoI) and MANAGE, Hyderabad for finalization and approval of training calendar for the year 2024-25. Hence, Hon. Vice Chancellor has constituted the below said academic committee vide note dated 1.06.2015.
