Project Title : Research on Supply Chain And Market Integration for key Agro Commodities of for Farmers’ Awareness And Income Enhancement in Middle Gujarat
Sponsored by : Government of Gujarat
Objectives :
- To investigate the existing supply chains and existing market infrastructure of agro commodities in Middle Gujarat
- To examine the marketing channels of agro commodities in Middle Gujarat and to identify the quantum of post-harvest losses in existing marketing channels of agro commodities.
- To investigate the reasons and suggest remedial measures to minimize post-harvest losses and enhance value addition in agro commodities in Middle Gujarat, for farmers' awareness and income enhancement.
